Not to highjack your thread, but what about the bottom of the Corsair? The space bar is what, a 7U? and the CTRL are bigger than standard 1.5u maybe?

Ah yeah i see, i guess it was was a 7U it would match up from the X key to the <, key.

I found this off Max Keyboards... pretty helpful for us noobs:
