White Fox sticky/stuck key, need help!
« on: Tue, 13 December 2016, 23:14:27 »
Hi,

So i received my white fox and I'm having issues with this one sticky/stuck key and I was wondering what was the best way to fix this. I was thinking this would be a lube job? or is there possibly another way, thank you!

It looks like it's a stabililzed key. Was this out of the most recent batch? If so contact MassDrop support. There were some that went out that had defective stabilizer cut-outs. The other option would be to file the opening of the stabilizer cut out so that it does not bind when you press the switch.

A number of people are having success by flipping the stabilizer clips so that the end that clips in the stabilizer bar is pointed toward the top of your keyboard. This worked for me. Both my Shift and Enter keys were stuck and this placement resolved the issue.
