Ideas for keycap feelers/dots/nubs/bumps

Was wondering what people use for keycap feelers.

Any idea what's being used in this build?

Those look like pin heads glued to the keycaps, or maybe a short length of pin stuck into the keycap upper surface.

I just use whatever the keycap manufacturer provided, although I prefer bars.
