I can add my personal experience with Corus keyboards. I had a damaged spacebar which I wanted to have replaced on a Poker 3 LED board. I had an aftermarket soldering iron stand and the tool did not fit well. It slipped through and put a nasty hole in the spacebar.
I emailed Corus keyboards and explained what happened and that I'd be happy to pay whatever costs for the parts and shipping, etc. They were happy to oblige and sent a part which was originating from China. After 3-4 weeks it never came, so I emailed them back and they said they would send a replacement. After 3-4 weeks it never came and I contacted them. They suggested that I use another address, but I explained that I have received hundreds of personal packages at this address, many from China. I gave them an alternative address and it still never came.
After this I was in touch with Mechanical Keyboards and they were able to ship me a replacement for around 6 dollars. It wasn't OEM, but it was very close and it sufficed. The gentleman's name was Justin and he was a pleasure to deal with. Corus keyboards always responded within 1-2 days, but they never delivered on their promises. I do find it a little hard to swallow that every package got lost or stuck in customs, especially with a large company that is supposed to be sending lots of computer related paraphenelia. I will refrain from passing judgement because I don't know what happened, but I wanted to share this.
