Painting switch housing?
« on: Thu, 13 October 2016, 08:14:02 »
I love the feel of gateron clears, but I can't seem to find them in the same matte-black color as the cherry switches, only in this ugly
semi-translucent off-white color. Would it be a good idea to paint the housing of the switch?

Not really.  Paint never lasts.

Hmm
This could work, although it might lose the smoother feel of Gaterons.
Oh well, I'm lubing them anyway :D

True. You could use some cherry switches and swap the tops right?
