Searching for the Perfect 96 Key Layout

I'm on the search for a compact 96 key layout similar to the Red Scarf III Ver.A 96 currently on MassDrop but with arrow keys.

I found the ZZ96 which is perfect but that group buy has come and gone. I was also looking at the Leopold FC980M which is close but not quite what I'm looking for. This is my endgame board so I'm willing to wait until I find exactly what I'm looking for. Any ideas?

In the five potential layouts for the Red Scarf on Massdrop there are three with arrow keys. Are none of these acceptable?
