Blank ISO Keycaps for a Cherry MX Board 6.0?

Hello,

I have a Cherry MX Board 6.0 (somewhere! - won it on a LAN in 2014 or 2015). Can you tell me if it is possible to use OEM or Cherry profile keys on it? AFAIK it has some weird height semi low keycaps.

I would like to fit some ISO blanks to it. Prefereably black PBTs. Any ideas which ones would do the trick?

Can't tell for the MX 6.0, but I have a MX 3.0 and afaik the medium hight keycaps are the same there. You can interchange the keycaps with all other MX keycaps. For gaming I had my QWERT keys replaced with them on a Ducky so that the keys were lower and I always knew my fingers are at the right spot.

I have those generic white PBTs from banggod (http://www.banggood.com/PBT-87-Blank-White-Key-Caps-for-Cherry-MX-Keyboard-p-84084.html?rmmds=search). They work.

I think I will try to get some Cherry profile one's. If they fit the 3.0 they might as well fit the 6.0.

MXB2/3 uses some nonstandard low profile caps, with weird off-center stemmed Caps lock key.
You have to use an extra 1.5U cap on it (Tab or winkeyless Ctrl/Alt), as it is NOT compatible with either the standard center stemmed Caps, or the Cherry styled stepped Caps.

My MXB2 with a spare winkeyless Ctrl cap:

MXB6 uses medium height Cherry profiled keys (just like G80-3000, G80-1800, etc), but it uses center stemmed Caps, so you can put virtually any keycap set you get on it.

Sometimes you can find blank PBT sets on Massdrop with ISO support around ~40$.

Quality seems to be better than my previous Gateron set, but they messed up the color of the extra 1U keys needed for ISO. )

I will probably use some GMK made ABS caps now. Hope they will fit (set has a center stemmed caps lock). Well we will see.
