Hi everyone! Great to meet you all here on this great site. 39yr male. I found interest in mechanical keyboard earlier this year and started my collection with a Rosewill RK-9000v2 Cherry Brown, and recently obtain a Korean GTune CHL8 HappyTypist electro-capacitive 45g keyboard (Topre clone).
For me it's really the nostalgia of my youth. I never had a Nintendo system but my dad had a DEC and I had a Commodore 64C. My mother was type setter for the old school printing shops so I have alot of fond memories playing around old keyboard and appreciating the keycaps and sounds.
I join this site because I took the leap and ordered directly at Taobao for the XDA Milestone keycaps and wanted to stay up to date on the product. I hope to take part in this community and learn from all of you. Hopefully a LA/OC meet up will be in the works. Have fun!
