[WTS] Nothing
« on: Wed, 18 January 2017, 01:28:07 »
Hi everyone, selling stuff that I don't need anymore or need to get rid of to make way for new things.  I apologize in advance for the less-than-optimal photos.  Please let me know if any the prices are unfair.

All prices do not include PayPal fees.  CONUS only (for now)..

- Nothing!

Thanks for looking!

Sold:

Apple IIc keyboard assembly, Amber Alps, $85 shipped

More

The assembly is in very good condition.  Little dust and the switches appear and feel to be in excellent condition.

Blue Alps switches (x73), $115 shipped

More

The Blue Alps switches are in good condition and feel smooth.  I previously had 83 switches, but got rid of 10 to help out a fellow member.

Orange Alps switches (x105?) + Cream Lock Switch, $55 shipped

The Orange Alps switches are in decent condition and feel just fine.  The oranges came from an AEK I so I'm throwing in its lock switch too.

No longer selling:

Refurb'd Terminal SSK, $270 shipped:

I bought this apparently refurbished.  It is in pristine condition, and practically unused; there is no dust or grime internally.  There is some shine on the key caps though.

Please note that this is a terminal keyboard so it will require a controller swap to function.  A standard Model M controller should work.  I tested it with an SSK controller and it works perfectly.  You can also purchase or assemble a Soarers Converter for it.  It may also be possible to perform a cable swap to PS/2.  Thanks E TwentyNine for the info!

Not interested, but will note that you don't necessarily need a controller swap for the SSK.

I believe that controller will support the proper mode (2) and a cable swap to a PS/2 cable may work no problem.

If not, a converter ala Soarers for the DIYer or an external converter from orihalcon will do it without a controller swap.

Finally, yes, a standard M controller swap will work just fine (minus the embedded numpad support).

Thanks for the information, it slipped my mind you could either buy or make a Soarers Converter for it as well.  I didn't know about your first point though!  Updated the OP to reflect this.
