Hello! As some of you may know I run [Optic Boards](https://www.opticboards.com). I would like to stock Zealio switches and make them more available to UK/EU enthusiasts, I have a friend interested in helping purchase 10,000 switches to stock on the store. I would need to sell these at ~~£1.10~~ £1.00 per switch, with possible bulk discounts for 100+ switches. If you could fill in my quick google form I would be really grateful as this will show my friend that there is demand for Zealios within the UK.

Wouldn't make sense.

Shipping is $10 from Zeal for 6-10 days, or $30 for 2-3 days. Say you buy 100 at $1 each, and get $30 shipping, that's $130.

Buying from you at $1.42 each would cost $142 + shipping (a small parcel next day in the UK is $9), so $151.

If you sell 100, you have to sell @ $1.21 (£0.94) each just to meet his prices, and I don't see that happening.

From me:
$1.42 x 100 = $142 + $4.50 (postage within UK) = $146.50
Arrives next day/day after.

From Zeal:
$0.85 x 100 = $85 + $30 (fast postage to UK) = $115 + $23 (customs) = $138
takes 2-3 days

The maths adds up.
$1.29 x 100 = $129 + $4.50 (postage within UK) = $133.50
£1 x 100 = £100 + £3.50 = £103.50

Buying from ZealPC costs me 0.75$ a switch in GB, that's 0.67 eurocents. 1.26euro if I buy from you, and Zeal shipping is only 10$ and takes ~6-7 labor days. No customs in Germany for Zeal orders

There may not be customs but there should be customs legally, and if Germany is anything like the UK it is your duty to make sure goods you receive are declared correctly on the customs forms. But ultimately I understand that Zeal marks down for customs, which pretty much means I can't match that price.

Even with 19% VAT applied

Zeal: (100x0.75$ + 10$) * 1.19 = 101.15$ = 90.17euro
You: 100x1gbp + ~6gbp = 106gbp = 121.76euro

You make a valid point, and I do think that for me it is most likely not viable to offer zealios if no one will buy them if they're willing to wait for GB pricing from zeal.

Yeh gotta be honest mate, I would just get them from Zeal for a lower price =S. Appreciate the effort though, the only way I could see you making it work would be with a discounted bulk order from Zeal, however I imagine you'd have to order a ludicrous amount for that to happen.

You can buy from https://mykeyboard.eu/catalogue/zeal-purple-switch-67g_128/ at €1 each, and since they are based in Belgium there are no additional customs/VAT charges when shipping within EU. Shipping cost depends on country, but UK is €8.
