So I went to two Goodwill stores today, and although I didn't find any mech keyboards, I found some interesting typewriters with results that translates into keyboards. Sorry for lack of photos as I did not have a camera.
1. There was a Sharp electronic typewriter (PA-1000) with linear green Alps and double shot gray keycaps for $9.99. The keys bottomed out much softer than the TP-110JIS w/ Black Alps in my signature, so I suspect that they also have dampened sliders ( can't confirm since I did not take the switch apart). Oddly, the switches did not say Alps on them. I didn't buy it, but if anyone wants green Alps for a switch swap or something, and are willing to confirm an order with me, PM me and I could probably get it to you.
More importantly,
2. There was a Brother electronic typewriter (Student-Riter XLI) had TRIPLE SHOT KEYCAPS. Yes, the caps were black, with white lettering, and also green legends on some of the keys. When I looked at the back of the caps, there was white and green plastic. This completely disproves the myth that multi-shot injection molding is only limited to two colors, although that's probably Signature's limit. Sadly, the typewriter uses rubber domes.
