« on: Thu, 08 February 2018, 19:28:44 »
Like the title say I'm looking for some free pdf software to merge/combine, rotate pages, delete pages and optimize file size.

I'm spoiled form having used adobe acrobat pro in the past.

Are there any alternatives out there??

This isn't a :spam: post...well at least not that kind... 8)

I use Foxit for a reader and GIMP for editing. I'm not sure what you need, but it works pretty well for simple stuff, just editing images like you would do a .JPG

I have never gone deep into it, editing text or whatnot (besides just removing it by cloning or overpainting).
From the US Constitution, Article 1, Section 8 :

The   Congress   shall have Power
To declare War,  grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
To provide for calling forth the Militia  to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
