How does HHKB BT device switching work?
« on: Mon, 30 July 2018, 17:34:26 »
I have a HHKB Pro 2 that I want to use with my iPad, Macbook, and windows desktop. I was going to use a Hasu controller but I don’t want to keep having to turn off the bluetooth reciever on the last paired device in order to switch to a new device. I am looking at the HHKB BT but I can’t find any information about how the switching mechanism works. Is it the same as Hasu’s mechanism? Or can I just use the bluetooth settings menu on each respective device and hit “connect” to switch devices automatically?

For those who have Airpods, I’m basically asking if the HHKB BT works like the Airpods. Airpods connect to multiple devices, including Windows computers. They connect to the last paired device, like the HHKB BT. If you want to switch to a windows computer, for example, you would just open the bluetooth settings panel, and hit connect under the “Airpods” and it will connect, without having to repair or turn off the bluetooth on the original device.
