Kbd Fans Shipping

Does anyone have some direct experience with kbdfans that might be able to share their experience? I ordered a kit from them about a week ago and got confirmation right away via auto reply email, however I have not been able to get ahold of anyone there after multiple emails. I ordered a kit and had a question about the color and tried emailing them after the purchase and have not heard anything back. I have also not received shipping confirmation. I trust that I am not being ripped off given how popular they seem to be. I am aware that other people are reliably receiving their orders. however I am just wondering if this is normal with them. I don't know much about the company so I am just looking for insight.

Yep 100% normal they have posted on there web page they wouldn't be around from the 1st to the 13th due to mandatory Chinese New Year. I am pretty sure even if they wanted to, they can't work until its over. They are offering some discount coupon's on the website because of it. That's why your not getting a response or any info back.

During CNY they can't ship.  My exp: I ordered a case once from kbdfans and they upgraded shipping to dhl express for free and I got it in a few days.   I also used a coupon for $5 or $10 off and they still upgraded the shipping (which is like $15 alone).

Because of Lunar New Year, my shipment delayed about 10 to 15 days. Did not know they were Chinese.

Very Normal, it's stickied on the website at the top indicating that shipments wouldn't go out until the 13th. PSA, they have some decent CNY discounts.

There is messenger in their website.  They even answer me while on Chinese New year.

Yea most likely there pre printing labels and getting things ready for when Chinese New Year's Is over.

just curious did you just get a tracking number are have you seen package movement? I am asking cause got a notice saying mine shipped but the tracking number hasn't updated yet so package hasn't been picked up. I am super excited thought why I ask.

I've had a few items from them arrive without my tracking ever update.  I've also had a couple of things update pretty quickly.

As others have said, the Lunar New Year is the reason behind the unresponsiveness.

During normal business operations, they tend to ship fairly quickly, however, sometimes items don't arrive in a timely manner, depending on where you are.

an update on my previous post.. my package was delivered yesterday! one day from china to usa after DHL finally picked it up!
