As someone who is currently getting into making artisan caps, I would love to see some of the more updated procedures ETF uses. Some of the stuff he does blows me away. He must have the timing of the different resins down to a perfect science.
I think a lot of it is practice, too. Just like anything else, the more experience you have the more things you intuitively know to do - so you mix your parts more efficiently, you remember to start and stop your timer every time, and you have a better feel for what will work and what won't.
Getting the science down pat definitely helps though.
