Sup is wrong if you live in the US or most countries in the EU. If you create an account (requires phone number) then you can have it shipped to you directly in whichever country you live in. Don't waste money on proxy fees.

If, by "marketplace," you mean the classifieds, there seem to be two rules that govern how soon a member is able to post:

Whoops, I took a look at the page and yeah, it's been discontinued. You won't be able to buy one from them anymore, so do try looking around /r/mechmarket.
