That looks super weird. I checked the product page but they don't show the bottom of the case only 1 picture of the top. Could be a weird design or just a flawed case or cases he is trying to offload. If he doesn't co operate you could always try to open a dispute if you bought it trough Paypal at least.

I think just a flawed case,you can compared these photos below.(# the shape of bottom coner)
As you can see the coner also dameged,probably is a shipping issue,cuz they just put some foam in the cardboard box.

What a pita! Is that supposed to be Sentraqs 60% high profile aluminium case? Even though they do not show pics of the bottom on the product page (that chamfer may just be a weird design choice & is supposed to be like that), the top looks nothing it should according to those pics. Also the damage is completely unacceptable & Sentraq should be working with you to make it right cause I'd say it's 99% their fault. That is terrible packaging for a heavy aluminium case. If they don't get back to you in the next few days open a PP dispute for sure! Sorry it worked out that way OP & I hope you get it sorted as easily as possible.

Cool, PP is usually very buyer friendly & with those pics I doubt you'll have to put up much of a fight to get PP to side with you. GL with the process & I'd say to avoid Sentraq in the future!
