What software can I get to draw up keyboard layouts?

I would like to ba able to draw up keyboard layouts so I can print them out.

What is avalable (preferably free) than will let me do this?

vi (sometimes emacs) with gv. PostScript is a language for printer. However it is very high level language, I think.
Recently I started to use asymptote.

Haven't tried printing out yet but softprog might do the trick.
