A lot of my Box Royals end up with super light activation
« on: Tue, 28 April 2020, 18:14:56 »
Hi!
Still somewhat new to the hobby, spent a lot of time lurking and finally have a real build.

I recently got box royals, and everyday 1 of my switches always ends up becoming "super light", as in barely touching the key ends up activating it, and opening and closing the switch casing seems to fix it (thankfully its a hotswap PCB).

Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks!

Many people have reported that Kailh box tactiles can linearize over time. I haven't looked into the specifics of that, but hopefully that would help you with some search criteria on Google.
