is this a model M?

Here's an odd looking birth certificate...

What is "Product of CCC"?

Is there some other company that makes model-M-alikes? (And can they make me a mini?)

RSI prevention recipe:[/B] Kinesis Contoured, Colemak layout, touch typing, Contour Design Rollermouse,  Logitech TrackMan Wheel, Logitech m570 trackball, "workrave" break timer software, "awesome" window manager, tenkeyless boards, cherry browns, Wang 724 with "ghetto green" ALPS, standing desk and/or comfy adjustable chairs, stress reduction, computer time reduction.

Fun non-ergonomic things: bolt modded Model M Space Saving Keyboards with new springs, Kensington Expert Mouse v7, Unicomp Endurapro, Northgates

That's an original model M (double-key caps, IBM logo, high keys for buckling springs etc).

I think that certificate isn't the original one... rather, some generic sticker stuck on by the leasing company. I could be wrong, but that's what it seems to be.
Keyboards: '86 M, M5-2, M13, SSK, F AT, F XT

It's probably just a label overlay or replacement label for a company who owned it or resold it.  The label is actually wrong.  The IBM model number it says it is is 42H0468.  But that's not a part number for a Model M, it's a part number for a model M2 (see http://sandy55.fc2web.com/keyboard/42h0468.html), which looks a lot different.  I'd ask the guy to clarify or steer clear.
Owned: bunches of Model Ms,  Model F AT, Dell AT101W, Amiga 500.

I'm not sure but it's told that the keyboard is essentially for IBM terminal 3153.  But it can be used with usual PS/2s or AT compatible computers

It has the same sort of keycaps as that M2, so perhaps it was a replacement for when the M2 went out of production.
