Those are some very clean-looking caps. Colorful and restrained all at the same time. It looks good to me.

What switches have you tried? Which do you like?

There's a Lou Malnati's in Wisconsin now, so I don't have to be in Chicago to have some fantastic deep dish anymore. It seems that they wisely took the Velveeta "cheese" curds off of the menu for that location. I imagine they feared angry mobs with pitchforks.

Hi Chitown! Spent 8 years in Crystal Lake area in the 80's - I'm sure it's changed now! I'll second on the Lou Malnati's - grew many a waistline inch stuffing my face there!
