Hi y'all, I'm pretty new to the whole mechanical keyboard community but I started lurking around after walking past a meetup in Sydney late last year. Hope to get to know all you soon!

that should have been good fun, got to try typing on a lot of different boards and switches? i was planning on trying to go. but i could not get time off from work to fly down.

The chances of randomly stumbling across a keyboard meet in Sydney must be miniscule.  Where abouts was it?

I never actually got a chance to inside! Looking back I wish I did. I already see myself going far, far down the rabbit hole with this hobby.

I feel like it would be, but it seemed to be an organised event! Going back it seems that it was the Sydney Mechanical Keyboard Meetup towards the end of 2019.

yeah that was probably it. i went to one in Melbourne in like 2018. its a nice way to see things in life before you spend them big bucks to buy them and ship to Australia :)
