What's the cheapest 6 key rollover keyboard?

Exactly what it says on the tin. What is the cheapest mechanical keyboard which supports 6-key rollover? Must be appropriate for gaming.

I would say maybe the Filco Zero or the i-Rocks (6230?) w/brown Cherrys. After that, you start getting into the Filco Majestouch series. There could be a Cherry-made 'board with 6 or NKRO that I am not aware of that you might be able to source for cheap on eBay.

I guess the I-rocks would be a decent option however the layout looks... interesting. I am actually asking on someone else's behalf. The main use of this board I assume will be gaming. Probably should have included this in the post :D

The filco zero has some controller issues does it not?

Alpslover kept having problems spelling "notepad."  He would type it so fast that he kept getting "ntoepad."  I think Welly, then, developed the credit card test as an easy way to simulate fast typing.  There's not a problem with the rollover, per se, but the scan rate is slow enough that you might get a transposition error here and there.  It's probably nothing to worry about, though.

What's the rollover on the Cherry G80-3000 series of boards?  Four maybe?

On mine it's 2KRO. It's an old winkeyless G80, so things might have changed, but I doubt it.

My 3000 is 2KRO, too, and it's fairly new (about a year old).

G80-3000s have never been capable of more than 2KRO. For the 1800 series NKRO seems to be an option, and specialty G80s seem to support it throughout.
Hardware in signatures clutters Google search results. There should be a field in the profile for that (again).

This message was probably typed on a vintage G80-3000 with blues. Double-shots, baby. :D

Does this just mean that the layout has to suck?  That's what 'gaming' usually means...no NKRO (obviously limit-6 where there's generic USB support) and the layout is garbage.  (Maybe there's some extra lights.)

It seems those G80-8113s are NKRO or 6KRO when piped through an adapter.  They're selling for like $30 and decontamination costs. :)
