I'm a fan of tattoos (and also piercings), as i'm wondering of having a new one, i found those

My tatts are all military-oriented (go figure). But, I did have a plan to get my right wrist circled with this:

I also had a pierced nipple at one time, but I had to take it out when I deployed and I never got it repierced.

I got "ÉÂÔ" which would make for a funky-ass tattoo.  Now the question becomes which "EAO" is being referenced?  That acronym has many applications, two of which stand out as possibilities here.  The first being "Emergency Actions Officer" which has definite military connection, but there's also http://www.eao.com which is an industrial switch manufacturer, and also makes sense given the focus of this website ;)

I was sure it was a different encoding. "IBM"(ucase) in EBCDIC.

I only decoded the first letter, but I figured it was fairly obvious.
