That's some DIY custom things they have better access to in Asia. Google chrome, translations and seeing that you're on a bbs, is a good way to sniff out, it isn't a simple pick up and purchase, even with a Korean buyer.
However, they do have a market on there, so maybe with a buyer, you could work it out. You'd also need to join that forum.
