Hello, after leaving my PC off for 2 weeks, at boot this keyboard has three blinking keys (Caps, ScrLk and NumLk) and nothing works.
I googled around and it seems that the problem can only be solved by applying a new firmware.
So I downloaded the "USB_FD.exe" for flashing the firmware and then went to this page to look for the correct firmware version:
https://old.duckychannel.com.tw/en/firmware_updater.htmlThe correct firmware seems to be "L1943V18.bin", so I downloaded it.
Here's the procedure I followed for flashing:
1) On starting the Downloader, it defaults to "ISP Mode" and no other option is available.
2) If I press "Get FW Version" I obtain the value "B1886V14".
3) If I select the "L1943V18.bin" and then press "Download", I obtain the message:
"Incorrect profile. This firmware is for K108D, the profile is Global Full"
After that, the keyboard keys turn off and no key is illuminated.
Pressing L-Win R-Win (suggested combination for resetting the keyboard) for several seconds has no effect.
If I unplug and reconnect the USB cable, the same 3 keys start blinking again (Caps, ScrLk, NumLk).
I have tried to flash other firmware versions available on the page above, but the program refuses (perhaps rightly so) to use them, telling me they are not valid.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
