Ordering a custom POM XD75 Plate from Sculpteo

I want to order a custom plate for my XD75 using
www.sculpteo.com
, specifically with the .DXF I have attached. I have my settings to use Natural colored POM with a thickness of 2mm, at 100% scale. This seems deceptively simple, is there anything else I need to do before just submitting my order? Thanks!

Just wondering now that this thread's a couple months old if you had any success with the POM plate? Thinking of ordering one for myself using the same dxf file but it'd be great to know if it actually fits and what the quality is like.
