Could guess that in bulk shipping is 20-30 each
Also guessing that its around 150-160 per unit(or lower) (manu cost)
Also knowing that this will be underdeclared there is no actual reason why it should be more than 250.
(pretty sure the china gb is over) But in theory, if you really wanted this and don't want to support such a shady vendor, using superbuy expert service could roughly estimate board cost 200, service fee 20, 30-40ish for shipping.
Just think about it 350 for two piece alu with alu weight it kinda sucks even with shipping and taxes 350 lol kinda hard to justify especially through such a shady vendor. The other vendor (monkeworks) who knows he could pull off some small groupbuys like polartypes and just have a big exit scam in the end.

Exactly, go back to focusing on your work and maybe consider that monkeworks is a server full of past customer who followed him over from the troubles of Mr. S, plenty of discussion about this on Reddit and what monke had tried to do from his limited position. I'm sure, if you visited his server, you would see an archive of conversations that he and some members have collected for those who are in need of the documentation prior to that other server being deleted.

Hmm. From what I can see, the 8bit design was first publicly announced in April. Rien announced this idea in China back in January 17th. Correct me if I'm missing an earlier post but I don't see how this is copying the 8bit...

Hi Mr.K. I didn't wanna reply but I can't help it. For the dates, I'm amazed how you can be so sure of yourself when the chat archives literally have everything saved, including dates. If you even checked one single chat file (#general), you would know how the idea of archiving came by (suggested by user), but you refuse to do so. I don't want to argue with you further since it won't lead us anywhere, but I suggest that you do your research before speaking on a matter.

Bruh I don't even know you but watching you slander someone who helped me and others get their money back makes me think you're a Sam fan or someone else who was in that discord always sticking up for the kid. I made this account just so I can respond to you. Archiving the channel started before the channel was deleted. I think like 3 weeks or so, TBH I can't even remember if it fully backed up or got cut off before it finished. Either way general chat and the channel about the dolch collab were backed up fully. Others including myself were suggesting we find a way to archive it since Sam could delete it at any moment and cut our communication.

I had pointed out he was still taking money for the KBD collab post the cut off date and Sam made his apology exactly 90 days from the last day to "purchase" Dolch so that he could intentionally make it difficult for a chargeback. I believe those statements changed the outlook in that discord and a slew of chargebacks started. People who were giving Sam the benefit of the doubt stopped sticking up for him and came around to see the truth. I was also the one who made the post on Reddit letting people know Sam deleted the discord and getting people into Monke's channel where we've shared that people need to start a chargeback immediately if you purchased anything from mid 2021 and later, created a timeline of events, shared partner vendors saying they were never invoiced by Sam and the manufacturer saying Sam has never paid him. In fact Monke was the one who gave us the SS of the manufacturer saying he was never paid by Sam, at my request. Hope he doesn't get mad at me saying this, but Monke even told us he's the one that found Sam was holding on to some of the KBD collab money, that I confirmed with KBD customer service was never placed, and refunded it.

If anything I think I'm the one who triggered him deleting the server since I had just resubmitted (3rd time) my chargeback to get ~$600 back maybe a week before he deleted it. It took three times but after it was escalated to a supervisor it was actually filed instead of instant rejected. If you don't believe me then I'll forward the logs to you myself of the archived channel. You can even stop by Monke's discord right now and see he's still trying to help people screwed by the Jelly GB. I just couldn't stand by and watch you question a guy that has been nothing but helpful for the people Sam scammed.

no comment on monke he's proxied things for me in the past and helped me with communications. But Rien just designed it around the gameboy. that cutout is derivative on both boards. Also if you look at the other aspects of the two boards they are pretty different. I would call it convergence rather than theft. Also the timelines.

As for monke, everyone's vendor abilities should be tested. if you are willing to be a tester for monke and are okay with the price (which I personally think could be lower but I dont know his costs or the terms of his agreement with rien) then go for it. if not, wait for monke to fulfilll at least the s7.7. Personally I think it would be wise for monke to at least fulfill that before even posting this IC. It would create a lot more trust in the community and not appear as much like a cash grab no offense monke tryign to be as constructive as possible. There is a lot of negative press on you and you regretably gotta undo what sam and tbg did to your name if you wanna go mainstream.

Unless you're insisting that Monke is Sam, what bad press exists around his name is from those who don't know what's going on. Dude could have literally stolen the money from Sam and we'd still be blaming Sam, but he chose to refund it. 99% sure you're in that same server and you're fully aware that he's continuing to assist in anyway he can regarding those scams.

He has:

• Shared screenshots of the contact he's had with vendors/manufacturers
• Archived the channel at our request
• Allowed us to continue using his server to share information about Sam
• Found some of the stolen money and refunded it
• Still trying to assist people in the TBG/Jelly Scams

He was literally trying to pick up the ****storm that was thrown at him and essentially hired to be the fall guy. The minute he asked Sam for proof that stuff was ordered/shipped so he could actually be a customer service rep, Sam ghosted him too. Don't know him personally but unless you have proof Monke=Sam, there should be no bad press surrounding his name.
