Who knows about amplifier speaker wiring ?

I got a subwoofer with no volume control module, the amplifier and everything else is inside the subwoofer box.

If I get this 9-pin plug cable and cut it back to bare wires, what do I connect to hot-wire it so that it is just on at full volume all the time?
