Introduction
solaris will be the 2nd mechanical keyboard kit from keebscape.co.  It draws inspiration from the classic box on wedge design, and features a 3-piece weight that fits through the bottom of the chassis. The weight, comprised of two pieces of stainless steel and one piece of brass, is designed to resemble a partial solar eclipse, with the crescent sun peeking out from behind the moon.

Remark: I apologize for the less-than-ideal formatting. This is my first time posting to geekhack.

Remark: The plate included in the kit only supports 7U spacebars, but the solderable PCB supports both 7U and 6.25U spacebars.  This is because the PCB was designed to be a “universal” 60% PCB. I.e., it was designed to be compatible with a wide range of existing and future 60% O Ring keyboards, conditional on the JST position.  This goes both ways, meaning that solaris is compatible with “universal” 60% PCBs.
