I'd love to go as a kid stuck in a claw machine.  I won't bother with doing that, though.  Maybe I'll just shove a kid into a claw machine and be done with it.

There are so many costumes that make people look taller these days.  I would prefer a costume that would make me look shorter so that I can go trick or treating again.  Sure, I could kneel, but that would be pretty painful.  I need a costume that alters the laws of physics so that I can walk underground, or "shark," in FPS terms.  I just need that stranger candy.  The taste of danger is far more rewarding than the taste of the candy that is left over after the trick or treaters give up for the night.  Mini Kit-Kats just aren't that good when you pay for them yourself.  Oh who am I kidding, those things are awesome.

All I do is write and delete, write and delete.  I could fill a thousand novels with the horrible prose I've written in a fever and deleted the next day because I found it to be rubbish.

And as for the van, that IS my van.  I have great candy in my van.  Bring me your finest keyboards and we can work out a trade.

I'm hosting a LAN party. I'm dressing as either Waldo or Ash Ketchum/Williams. Pretty much Ash from Pokemon with a chainsaw hand.

What's the incentive? A Mars Bar for whoever finds the bodies?

Felicia, you can have ALL the candy and then some.
For those who may be unfamiliar with the context, this is the costume worn by the character Cyd Sherman in "The Guild", a web video series, who has the screen name Codex, in this famous video:

She is portrayed by the actress Felicia Day, who also wrote and conceived the series.

Before the web series "The Guild", Felicia Day was a professional actress, portraying Vi in Buffy, the Vampire Slayer, and Penny in Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. She has also appeared in many TV commercials, when things were slow.

I was bemoaning the lack of people at Geekhack (it's the HACK part of GeekHack) that could write you come along.....

Hey.  I take personal offense at that remark! Still waiting on someone to join me in NaNoWriMo tho... ;)

Other than Michael Jackson (oh NOOOOO!) the costumes the kids wore last night were pretty boring.

Reddit's are better.  Discussions insulting the photographer are hilarious.

I think she was trying to be a minor character in the anime "Bleach" either that or a wierd white tron?

Sidenote, i couldn't give away 75lbs of chocolate! only like three kids came out in 20degree weather and I live in an area full of single ppl.
