All that dipping and re-dipping is very tricky.
Oil can be filtered and re-used if you are patient.

"However, my view has changed in recent days. Trump’s behavior is so bizarre, so unhinged, and so counter to his short-term interests that the most likely explanation for his actions is that Trump either believes or knows that he is mentioned in the Epstein files in ways that are even more damaging than the blowback he is getting for not releasing the files."

In principle yes, but in reality, the high heat actually begins to destroy the fats at quite a low temperature, so even if it looks reasonably clear, there are actually lots of broken-fats in the solution.

This has been implicated in Multiple-Sclerosis, where the construction of the myelination process produces brittle/rigid myelin sheath from bad fats, which in conjunction with other triggers result in demyelination over time.

If you've eaten at restaurants, they don't swap the fry oil until it's a very deep brown color. This is especially true in today's economy. Restaurants big and small do it now.

I haven't posted here for a while.

Nothing fancy for dinner today, bolognese tortelloni served on spinach sauce.

Tp4 would eat at least 40 of them dumplings.

This happens with my family as well.
While I want to make some nice restaurant portions, they want more, so I barely have few secs to take photo :) and need to add more food to their plates.
Joking of course - I take whatever time I need to take photo, their food gets cold :D
