Some inverse dome job à la IBM M4, IIRC.
Hardware in signatures clutters Google search results. There should be a field in the profile for that (again).

This message was probably typed on a vintage G80-3000 with blues. Double-shots, baby. :D

I am not sure, but I think it has a rubber cup and a plunger with conductive rubber that strikes against a PCB.
I remember having typed on a bunch of them long ago, but the feeling was nothing special.
