This is a Reveal KB-7061 ergonomic mechanical keyboard.
It uses
white Alps switches (original complicated, clicky, non-dampened) and has
doubleshot (two piece molded plastic) keycaps.
Keyboard dates from the mid-90s and is in good shape and fairly clean. It is tested as fully working. Note that it uses an AT connector, so you will need an AT->PS/2 adapter (these can be found on eBay for <$5).
