Variable or 45g Realforce IN CANADA
« on: Wed, 27 April 2011, 08:54:39 »
My preference is for an 86UB or 86U but I'm interested in 101, 103 in either colour.  I am interested in trying variable (or unobtanium 45g uniform) to compare with my 55g uniform.

Thanks,

I have a variable Realforce 103UB in black that I recently purchased and used it very little.  Maybe less than three weeks and sparingly at that.  It looks like brand new - no shiny keys.  I paid $265 plus shipping.  I would be willing to take $200 and also cover the shipping costs if they are under $20.  I'm selling it not cause I don't like the topre switches as I do, but I would rather have a smaller size.  I've ordered an 86U also in the variable weight and cannot justify keeping both boards.  Let me know if you are interested.  This 103UB does have the switches with the variable weights and I actually really like them.  I haven't typed on one with the uniform weights but the lighter touch on the keys is super.

Thanks for replying.  You are in the US, right?  My reasons for preferring a sale within Canada are not just because of shipping costs - it's also the $8 brokerage + 13% tax that will get added at the border.  I'd definitely consider your price if I knew that another $35 wasn't going to get added when it arrived in Canada.

C'mon Canucks!  No one has a variable force Topre they want to part with?
