Color calibration

I just picked up a second Dell Ultrasharp U2311H to use as a second monitor on my primary PC. Should I pay $70 for a Spyder3 Express (there's apparently a trick to calibrate more than one monitor with it)? Not worth the money (cheap sensor/not needed)?

What's the specific model you have (which i1?) There are a few models listed by that name on X-Rite's site.

Are you really happy with it? It's more than I was looking to spend, but the reviews seem pretty good and the removable ambient light head seems like a nice feature (I read about it with the Pantone Huey, but I heard the sensor on that was crap).
