What is this?

I found a board with switches that look like cherry switches. They are white and have a collar.

I first thought these must be Clears, however these switches are clicky. I thought Clears were supposed to be roughly similar to Browns.

So.. can anyone tell what the deal is?

I see, thanks, I must say they actually feel pretty nice. Too bad though as switch swapping is now ruled out.

Interesting replica of the leaning tower of Pisa you have there. Not sure what it's trying to measure though...
