Fn-Q turns on Esc lock (tilde for Esc) and the LED on the Esc
Fn-Space turns on arrow keys lock and the LEDs on the Space and the four keys that act as arrow keys.

JAMM0N: For future reference, it's probably a better idea to leave your original question and make a new post that you "got it". That way when people read this thread, they can understand what's going on. Also, if anybody else has the same question as you, then it's doubly helpful!

Agreed 100% came in here wondering what's up and now I don't even know what the question was.
