Hi!
First I want to say that I love this forum. Thanks for your great posts.

I found out that interest in those old mechanical keyboards is still there. I dug out a Cherry G80-1000 HFD/06 keyboard at home while tidying up.
It has these nice doubleshot keys, an clicky MX Blue switches. Still feels comfortable. Must be from round about 1990 as it states "Made in West Germany" on the back.
Production code D38 suggests year 1991. It has switches to change mode between XT, AT and MF2. Has an old AT-Plug. PS/2-Adaptor is included.
It supports N-Key rollover. (Tested, has diodes in each switch)

As it was used in Germany it has a German ISO Layout. (see attached picture)

I competely cleaned and polished it. Looks like nearly new now, as the typing does :)

As I have no need for this very special keyboard (Apple-User with Apple Keyboard) I want so sell it. It's current position is in Germany. I would send it all over Europe and to the US when there is someone who has more use for this nice thing.
Shipping-costs for that in Germany should be around 7 Euros, Europe around 10 Euros, US around 17 Euros (23 Dollars).
The pricing is set at 50 Euros/70 Dollars as this one is in excellent condition and only little abration. If you want to propose a different price feel free to ask :)

Hope this was alright for my first post...

Greetings from Germany,
Kevin

Greetings and welcome!

Pics seem a little grainy, but the board looks clean.

Yeah, god gave the iPhone 3GS just a bad camera. I have to find my Canon cam. Will do this ASAP.
