old news is old. I bought one of these, fun little nightlight, but not as tactile as I had hoped. Also, horribly lasered legends.

If someone want's to join up to get them I'd like one. Reaching up to my lampstand from my matress on the floor is a pain everynight xD.

Depending on the price I'll be down for one, this reminds me of this I was going to get it too with "Esc" as the legend but the shipping was going to be $100 I was so sad ;(

It's 'cause it's so huge. Big box means big shipping cost.

Anyone want to buy my mac pro? Since it's so huge and weighs a ton, it'll cost an arm and a leg to ship. The best bet is usually to shuf it off to someone local.

If we get some more people in the 'states (or abroad) interested, we could maybe set up a group-buy.

Edit: AHA! It's 220v. LED lit, It MIGHT work in the 'states without a transformer, but that depends on what LED driver circuitry is in there. No matter the LED, it should be pretty easy to configure it for US use with a new driver.

Knowing china, they're probably just running mains through a huge resistor, and a string of parallel LED's.

hmm, I'm really interested in just the plastic shell, though, especially given how easy it is to rig up an LED light for something.
