So I bought this keyboard about a month ago from reading recommendations from this thread as my first mechanical and am in love.
the past few days the keyboard has been acting up by resetting itself occasionally. I've noticed that this is aggravated more by pressing keys on the right hand edge of the keyboard. For example, rapidly spamming the page down key will cause the keyboard to reset.
Has anyone had a problem like this before?
If not, how has the exchange process been for qtan? I ordered this from him and was wondering if anyone could share their experiences in exchanging a defective product.
