I'm searching one IBM Model M as terminal version with number 1397003.
Maybe someone has one? I know, these are pretty rare

Alternatively I would be interessted in one "normal" Model M, either 1391403 or 1394542.
Does anybody want to sell one?

As I don't have much hope, to get an IBM Terminal Keyboard, I am also searching just a normal Model M.

I have several different Model M boards and am located in germany as well.

I have some of the later made boards with hardwired ps2 cable and ISO DE layout for 30€ plus shipping. Alternatively, I have some older boards with SDL cable for 35.

Shipping would be 7€.

Do you mean an 122key emulator board?

I've got some NIB in the mail. Won't be cheap though.

edit: yep you mean the 3270 terminal emulator boards.
