Looking for a keyboard with these features

I'm looking for a keyboard with keys that don't wobble, uniform tactile and sound feedback, and reasonably quiet. Additional preferred but optional features: tenkeyless and rubber keycaps. Anyone know of such a keyboard?

Keycaps with rubber tops is what I meant. I don't really need them, but they'd be nice.

My issues with all the membrane and scissor switch kb's I've come across are wobbly keys and some keys are louder than others when pressed.

What boards do you have in mind, Reptile?

Not too noisy, but sound feedback ? Blues have sound feedback, buckling springs also, but they are pretty loud.
The blues are really high pitched also.

Could you do with browns (light tactile feedback) ?

When you say feedback, are you talking about feedback on actuation, or when bottoming out ? Mechs tend to bottom out pretty loudly, and you really feel it. not something you have on rubber domes (mushy mushy !).

How heavy would you like your keys ? Light, medium ? heavy ? Light is under 55g, 55g is medium, above 55g is heavy.
Just dont go for a Razer BlackWidow if you dont intend in changing they caps, they are quite wobbly. Once you change them, its pretty much perfect in that sense ...

Not too noisy, preferably as quiet as possible, with even sound feedback across keys (meaning every key has about the same noise level when pressed).

I'm really looking for rubber dome boards, unless none of them have the features I specified. Mechanicals are kind of out of my budget.

I'd prefer light keys, as I'm used to typing on a scissor switch.

I don't intend on changing any key caps.

You may be satisfied with a keyboard with ALPS keyswitches.  They're cheaper than Cherry MX keyswitch-based or Topre-based keyboards.  Mechanical keyboards offer the solidity, tactile, and sound feedback that you're looking for.

From the looks of this thread, Dante may be starting a GB for ALPS-based TKLs from Leopold Korea.  Something for your to consider.

Mechanical is only out of budget if you must buy new and under $70. You can get used MX boards for as little as $15 if you have some luck on ebay. Lots of Alps and other types there too. Sometimes even NIB for under $40.
There are even MX boards you can get retail for $75 or slightly less. What is your budget? How particular are you about layouts? etc, etc?

From what you say I think MX browns would be what you might be looking for, maybe clears. Though on the other hand, maybe linear as well, since you seem to be more focused on bottoming coming from domes.

if you want no wobble in your keys probably stay away from keys with costar stabilizers as they tend to be more wobbly than ones with cherry stabilizers although the feel better imo. anyway if i were you i would get a leopold or something like that with browns. EDIT: just read the bit about the budget  what kind of budget are you looking at exactly?

Wont have many options with $50 BUT you could get close to that with a CMstorm used. Which many people will agree that it's a solid board.
