So it's rebuild season again, and my parts stocks turned out to be lower than I thought. Please note; if I list an IBM PN or FRU, that means I'm looking for only that exact part. Not 'close enough.' (I have my reasons.)

KEYBOARDS WANTED
  • IBM Model M13 and IBM Model M5-1s - worse is better!
Sell me your non-functional, your destitute, your pinging! I'm especially interested in M5-1's. Preserving some of my boards, so I need daily drivers.
Only exceptions are M5-1's with broken upper chassis, M5-1's with damaged trackball assemblies, and M13's with broken or damaged lower chassis. (Those are NOT repairable.)
Please note, these are not to fix up and resell. They will be put into daily use or used for specific parts.
  • ISO layout keyboard with Cherry MX White 80's, Greens or Clears
Examples of keyboards not on this list: Leopold FC500R English (ANSI layout). WASD's ISO 105 is right layout, wrong switches. I've had no luck finding one - maybe you came across one in your searches?
REMOVED FROM WANTS
- Cherry G80-2100 US Layout; finally found good photos of one. Single key backspace - eww. I has a sad.

KEYBOARD PARTS WANTED
  • IBM PN: 1370595 - Controller Board, also soldered SDL version.
Found only in IBM M13 boards, though may be found in late (post-1993) M5-2. I've also seen an SDL version, which may have a different part number. Needs to be intact and working. Needs to be 4 ribbon version (2 matrix connectors, 4 wire on the bottom, 6 wire over top to TrackPoint.)
  • IBM PN Unknown - Slide-in style cabled SDL Socket, 6+ pin version.
This is a rare bird, but it does exist. You know the retaining clip for fixed cable boards? They made an SDL socket version of it for M5/M13 boards. Identifiable by having a 6 or 8 pin connector with all pins routed. If you've got the Y-cable, I'll take that too.
  • IBM M13 / Unicomp EnduraPro Chassis
As in just the plastic housing. Prefer passthrough PS/2 version, but pretty much any. Color doesn't matter. Has to be the bottom LED version.
  • IBM Model M5-2 Trackball Assembly
Only need one of these. Needs to be in good shape or with minor issues, and be screw-on assembly. IBM only - NOT the Unicomp version.
  • IBM M13 / Unicomp EnduraPro / On-The-Stick Controller Boards
Let me know what you have. I'll know what I'm looking for when I see it. ;)
  • Costar CST-104 controller WITH Fn key option WITHOUT audio and USB.
Does such a beast exist? Indeed so - it's the controller in the Steelseries 6Gv2. This is for a CST-104 modification project. Not looking for a complete keyboard - just the controller. So if you've accidentally thrashed your 6Gv2, there you go.
MISCELLANEOUS TECHNOLOGY BITS WANTED
  • Cisco 1252 2.4GHz "Very Short" Antenna Set
Damaged one of mine while relocating equipment. Long shot, but maybe you have some laying around. Haven't had any luck finding them online. AIR-ANT2422SDW-R.
  • Tool for popping Cherry keyswitch halves apart
If you can tell me what the heck it is folks are using, that'd be awesome. If you want to sell me one, better still. Looks like angled pliers but not quite? (Maybe angled snap ring pliers?)
If you've got a busted M13 or M5-1, more information is always better; bad behaviors, attempted repairs, and so on. I only ask that you don't try pretending it's a working keyboard - if you're expecting $300 for an M13 with a dead TrackPoint and rusty backplate, may I suggest eBay? Rest assured, I am not trying to lowball anyone on these, but kinda need to take into account the difficulty of repairs and cost of replacement parts. (So please don't be offended if I say I'm not interested in yours.)

I'm located in Ohio, United States and well, payment's up to you. Got something I'm looking for, feel free to post in this thread or send me a PM.

Where are you from? I've got Endurapro USB converted to Spacesaver (pointing stick removed, but i still have it). Black with black blank keys, I've also got a bag of stems, springs and some other parts from Unicomp and various IBM boards. Keyboard was used a lot (main daily driver) for about a year so it has some wear but it's not a problem if it's only for parts. I could let it all go for 50 euros.

PM sent to czarek and added a CST-104 controller to the list of parts I'm looking for and added some non-keyboard bits and pieces.
