They were part of the Retro R3 group buy, and should have been included as either a standard keycap or an additional one you could purchase.  You can probably still get them in R4 as well.  Sadly, I only have one left...

OK, it appears that it is from 7bit;s ROUND3 sytle GB in DOLCH. There are two different caps. I am looking for one of each.
