Your request is somewhat contradictory of itself.  Blank keycaps can't be doubleshot....unless you're not doubleshotting any legends.

In short, they do not exist nor would they make any sense if they did =)

you say that, but this blank set I own could be double shot, only its shot with the same colour as its set, so I just can't see it...

You can buy them from imsto, feng or qtan.  They're all vendors of this forum =)

Edit:  Oh does feng and qtan not sell them?  Oops.
