The case is closed but I don't have the refund in my account. I have sent them an email asking what is going on. As I said you guys shouldn't worry I will cover it when I get paid...

I've got both of mine stuck in eBay resolution centre, according to their site I should have the option to escallate.  But it's not there for me :(

sigh... I don't want this idiot to get away with this!

My transaction wasn't through ebay. Just paypal, so I have to go through them.

That's just ridiculous.

Its probably because he's not scared of negative feedback as you did it outside of eBay.

And if PayPal doesn't get you the money back then... I don't know, I just really don't know.
