Usually the 1390131 is from 86, and sometimes 87.  As i browse clickykeyboards, they did make them from other years, but seem to be rare, like this one on ebay right now

Cherry: Leopold FC200RC/AB  ||  3 Ducky 1087  ||  PLU ML87 ||  Cherry G80-8113LUVEU-2  browns
Alps: Filco Zero Tenkeyless (fukka)  ||  ABS M1  ||  3x Dell AT101w  ||  Ancer KF-191  ||  6 Vivanco Compact
Misc: NMB RT6855T+  ||  NMB RT101 Space Invader  ||  Dell Quietkey  ||  Ge Fanuc Industrial Metal

Given that the PC/AT was made up till 1987 (and possibly later), they would have been produced at least that late. There's later ones which were presumably made as spare parts.

Not sure why they'd bother - at that stage they would have just been 1391401s with AT cables and a different logo on the case.
