Large Desk Mats/Mouse Pads
« on: Sun, 07 October 2012, 00:20:09 »
I am looking for a large mouse pad or desk mat. The intention is that it will be large enough to fit both my keyboard (TKL) and mouse, with room to move. I really like the look of the XTracPads Ripper XXL which is 36" x 18" (914mm x 457mm), but they are not available in Australia and I haven't yet found anyone that ships here.

My question is - does anyone have any other recommendations for very large mouse pads or desk mats? They need not be a "mouse pad" per se - what I'm looking for is a large soft mat to fit under my mouse and keyboard.

There are "extended" gaming mouse pad that go under your keyboard and mouse, but don't fit the whole desk. They should be easy to find though if you can't find what you're looking for. Good luck

You guys in Europe get the best stuff. The Boogie Bug XL (XXL is a little too big) looks perfect, but also difficult to find options that ship to Australia.

A search for "extended" mouse pads yielded the Razer Goliathus. The good thing is Razer is actually available in Australia. If only it came without the green design...

Still open to other suggestions - need to find one that actually ships here without spending the price of the mouse pad on shipping alone...

I not going to lie, the Goliathus by Razer is amazing. It's worth it just for the anti fray stitching on the edges
