[Digispark] New Arduino enabled USB Dev Board

Still being kickstarted but looks promising.
Cheaper than an arduino and has a lot of possibilities.

Could be an alternative to a teensy for most!

I would default to an expert, but I doubt there are enough pins to drive a keyboard matrix.

Soarer's uses few pins, though I'm not sure. We'll just have to wait it out.

Probably tricky to do a whole keyboard without doing some sort of communication instead of a direct feed.
But could be useful for other things, or more particular mods.

I've kicked in for a few units, as I'll use them for projects :)
